  • Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of receipt. Once shipped, orders generally take 2 business days in transit to reach their destination. We proudly ship our delectable truffles through the United States Postal Service.

  • During peak season orders may take an extra 1-3 business days to fulfill.

  • We currently only ship to the continental United States. 

To Ship or Not to Ship Chocolate in Warm Weather

While we take every precaution to ensure your delicious chocolates reach you in the best condition possible, the weather doesn’t always cooperate. Chocolate is easily damaged by heat and sunlight. 

  • During warm weather months, we include an ice pack and insulation to prevent chocolate melting during shipment.

  • When temperatures require it, we do not ship on Fridays, to avoid chocolate shipments melting over the weekend. Any orders received after 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday may ship the following Monday during the warm weather months.

  • In some cases, it is simply too hot to ship chocolate. If we cannot fulfill your order because of extreme heat, your order will automatically be canceled and refunded. We’ll let you know by email.

  • At this time, we do not ship from mid-May to mid-September each year to ensure the delectable quality and integrity of our chocolates. So get your orders in while you can (and the weather cooperates!)

No Return Policy (But a Commitment to Smiles)

No Return Policy: We adhere to a No Return Policy, which means we are not able to receive returns and refund payment for items. 

Replacements: To qualify for a replacement, please contact us with proof of purchase and evidence of the defective item received. If your replacement request is accepted, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
